Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We don’t charge any delivery fee. All our orders are free of delivery charges. 

Order Processing Time 

We provide delivery of products within 4-5 business days. All orders placed are dispatched on the same day. In case of any unfortunate event, there might be a delay which will be communicated to you. 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Damages

Firstnfast is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
